1- 15 oz can garbanzo beans
1-2 cloves fresh garlic
¼ c olive oil
½ c Dulcet Lemon Mustard & Dill Sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1. Place the garbanzo beans in a colander and rinse with cold water. Drain well.
2. Place the garbanzo beans and garlic in a food processor and puree.
3. Using the feed tube, slowly add the olive oil and the Dulcet Lemon Mustard & Dill Sauce.
4. Puree until smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with fresh vegetables, pita bread, chips or crackers.
