1 head Treviso
3 T Dulcet Essential Balsamic Sauce & Dressing
Pecorino Romano or Parmigiano Regiano Cheese
Freshly ground black pepper
1. Cut the head of Treviso in half lengthwise.
2. Drizzle the outside and the cut side with the Essential Balsamic Sauce & Dressing.
3. Place on grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Remove from grill and serve with shaved cheese and fresh black pepper.
