Oven-baked fries with Dulcet's Creole Cooking Rub & Spice

“You say po-tay-to, I say po-tot-to” – let’s just work it out and eat some Creole fries!

This is such an easy recipe and you simply will not believe the flavor. Ordinary ingredients made extraordinary – now that’s a great friendship!

4 medium sized white potatoes
2 T olive oil
2 t Dulcet Creole Cooking Spice & Rub

1. Wash and cut the potatoes into ¼” thick fries.

2. Rinse fries well with cold water, pat dry with paper towels, and add olive oil.


3. Add the Creole Cooking Spice.

4. Toss the olive oil and fries together.

5. Place potatoes on a large non stick baking sheet, cover with foil and bake in 475 degree oven for 15 minutes. Then remove foil, toss the potatoes to prevent sticking and cook for an additional 15 minutes.

5. Spread potatoes on a large non-stick baking sheet, and bake at 475 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip with a spatula, and cook at 500 degrees for an additional 5 minutes or until brown and crisp.

You’re done! Now chow down with a friend and make nice.
