Chef Finds Test Market at Market - By Julia O’Malley
When Pam Kraemer looked over the buzzing scene of the Lake Oswego Farmers market, she saw more than parents milling with strollers and choosy patrons squeezing peaches in a neighboring booth. (click here to read full article.)

Dulcet Cuisine Madras Curry Sauce & Marinade
I can't remember the first time I had Indian food. But I do remember the time I had my first non-restaurant Indian meal. A friend of mine from Bhopal who was living in Europe made dinner for me. I watched eagerly to learn techniques that were completely foreign to me, such as toasting spices in ghee. That meal took hours to make. In a communal dormitory kitchen I watched as others waltzed in and cooked their dinners in minutes. (click here to read full article.)

Dulcet's Chinese Chicken Salad
This is one the most colorful and beautiful salads I have ever made. It is full of anti-oxidants, vitamins and is also low carb. You absolutely cannot substitute the sauce...it makes the salad. It is made locally near where I live so I don't know how widely distributed it is...but they have a website to check the nearest place you can find it. Their website is www.dulcetcuisine.com. It is an all natural sauce with no preservatives. Preparation of this salad is made very simple if you have a Cusinart food processor. I made mine without bean sprouts and snap peas, as I did not have them on hand and it was wonderful.

“A friend just brought over your Asian Dressing & Sauce to share on potstickers.  It was out of this world.”  -Cathy

“I bought this dressing at the Lake Oswego farmers market today.  It is FABULOUS!  I made the salad recipe you gave me and I loved it.”  -Linda

“You ask for feedback on the bottle - it is superb!  My daughter gave me a bottle and now I'm begging her to bring me more. (She bought it in Portland and we live in Southern California.) Let me know if it’s for sale in my area!”  -Helena

“We stir fried your Balsamic Dressing & Dipping Sauce with every vegetable I could find at the farmers market (plus some tofu) and our 6-year old daughter asked that we create the meal for a second night!  A huge hit!”  -Liana

“I love the combination of flavors of natural ingredients and when this bottle is gone, I may even veer off and try another kind.”  -Norma

"I purchased 2 packets of your curry rub at the Lake Oswego farmer's market that was held over Thanksgiving weekend and made Butternut Squash soup with both packets.  The family has claimed it to be the best soup they have had but I can't seem to now replicate the soup without your curry rub.  From what I recall, you aren't currently selling the rub at any of the retail stores, correct?  Any other way I can purchase some of it from you?  I also live in Lake Oswego."  -Karen

"GREAT NEWS..... You have a following at my store they love your products.  Dulcet Groupies....."  -Sue

"I talked to you the other day about Winter Squash with Apples & Curry and you said to let you know how it went.  It was fabulous.  My friend said she could just eat that and nothing else. Thanks for your great products."  -Rusti
