Spiced Curry Shrimp

1 lb med to large shrimp, peeled & deveined
juice of two limes
3 T Dulcet Madras Curry Cooking Spice & Rub

1. Place lime juice in a small bowl.
2. Dip the shrimp in the lime juice, remove and shake off excess juice.
3. Place the curry spice on a plate, dredge the shrimp in the rub.
4. Saute, broil or grill shrimp 2 minutes per side or until just cooked through.
5. Arrange on a platter and serve as an appetizer.

Serves 2


From our test kitchen: To make as a main course place shrimp on oiled skewers, along with chunks of fresh pineapple. Grill skewers and serve with coconut rice, garnish with fresh cilantro.

Coconut Rice: Cook rice according to package directions, substitute half of the water with coconut milk.
