One Pot Moroccan Chicken

1 tbs olive oil
4-5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1 tbs Dulcet Moroccan Cooking Spice & Rub
1 small thinly sliced onion
2-3 carrots cut into chunks
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup dried apricots
1 tbs flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 clove garlic
1 tbs tomato paste
1/4 cup Dulcet Tangy & Peppery Moroccan Sauce
1 15 oz. can of whole potatoes, drained and rinsed
Salt and pepper to taste.

1. Toss the chicken in the spice rub and brown in olive oil. Put in slow cooker.
2. Layer onions, carrots, raisins and apricots over the chicken.
3. Mix the flour, broth, tomato paste and garlic and pour into cooker.
4. Pour the Moroccan sauce over all.
5. Cook on high for 4 hours..then stir in the potatoes and cook for another 1/2 or 1 hour. (If you don't want potatoes, omit and serve with rice. Don't laugh at the canned potatoes..they hold up very well in the slow cooker, and make this a truly one pot meal).

The kitchen will smell wonderful while this cooks!
